PSH Series

PGR Drive Technologies offers solutions for driving and positioning conveyor platforms with the PSH series products.

These are helical and worm gear reducers with a 90° angle between the input and output axes.
There are body options consisting of legs and body.
The body has a rigid structure and is suitable for heat transfer.
System strength calculations are made in accordance with ISO, DIN and NIEMANN standards.
Different input options can be offered (Motor coupled, IEC, PAM, W, Servo motor coupled, ...).
Different output options can be offered (shaft output, hollow shaft, conical clamping, ...).
Different connection accessories can be offered (B5 flange, B14 flange, Torque arm, ...).
Bodies can be produced as ductile iron (GGG 40-50) and cast iron (GG 20-25).
Helical gears are forged and made of 21NiCrMo2, screws are made of 16MnCr5 case hardened steel, and gears are made of CuSn12 Ni2-C bronze material.
High quality bearings and sealing elements are used.
Customer's special demands can be met.
