PYK Series
For large/small livestock enterprises, PYK series products with high strength, wide gear ranges are ideal solutions for horizontal, vertical, inclined feed mixing systems, providing resistance to heavy and variable loads within TMR systems.
- They are feed mixer reducers with co-axial or parallel shaft input and output, or with a 90° offset between the axes.
- They are reducers with body-mounted mounting connections.
- The body has a rigid structure.
- The system strength calculations are performed in accordance with ISO, DIN, and NIEMANN standards.
- Various input options are available (PAM, W, Gear, Reversing, ...).
- Different output options are available (shaft output, DIN spline output, ...).
- Bodies can be manufactured in spheroidal (GGG 40-50) and cast iron (GG 20-25) materials.
- Gears are manufactured from forged and 21NiCrMo2 carburizing steel.
- High-quality bearings and sealing elements are utilized.
