PL/PLB Series
PGR Drive Technologies planetary reducers offer high efficiency in small volumes, PTO, IEC, splined shaft input options, compact and modular structure up to 850000 Nm torque values, and are solutions in drive systems with heavy and variable loads.
- These are reducers whose input and output are coaxial or whose axis angle is 90°.
- There are foot and flange connection options.
- The body has a rigid and modular structure.
- Compared to other reducers, higher torque values can be met with smaller body dimensions.
- System strength calculations are made in accordance with ISO, DIN and NIEMANN standards.
- Different input options can be offered (IEC, Hydro motor connected, Servo motor connected, ...).
- Different output options can be offered (shaft output, conical clamping, DIN form slide, ...).
- The bodies are produced as ductile iron (GGG 50-60).
- Gears are manufactured from forged and 21NiCrMo2 case hardened steel.
- High quality bearings and sealing elements are used.
- Customer's special demands can be met.
