Infinite Gear Reducers
PMRVPLUS / PRVPLUS Series
Infinite gear drive systems, offered for drive systems where low torques and regular loads are involved, stand out with their silent operation and lightweight, high-strength modern-designed bodies.
- They are infinite gear reducers with a 90° offset between the input and output axes.
- Single-body design allows both foot and flange mounting options.
- The body has a rigid structure and is suitable for heat transfer.
- The system strength calculations are performed in accordance with ISO, DIN, and NIEMANN standards.
- Various input options are available (PAM B5, PAM B14, ...)
- Different output options are available (Shaft output, Keyed shaft, ...)
- Different connection accessories are available (B5 flange, B14 flange, Torque arm, ...)
- Infinite screws are made of 16MnCr5 carburizing steel, and the gears are manufactured from CuSn12Ni-C bronze material.
- Bodies are made of ADC-12 aluminum injection up to size 105, and from size 110 onwards, cast iron (GG 20-25) is used.
- High-quality bearings and sealing elements are utilized.
- Customer's specific requests can be accommodated.

Infinite Gear Reducers
SV / ISV Series
PGR Drive Technologies Pt/A Series reducers, with their wide gear range, compact structure, and ease of maintenance, are preferred in various transmission systems and can be driven by belt-pulley or chain mechanisms.
- They are helical gear reducers with parallel input and output shafts.
- The body has a rigid structure and consists of two parts.
- The system strength calculations are performed in accordance with ISO, DIN, and NIEMANN standards.
- The drive is performed with a free input shaft.
- Different output options are available (Keyed shaft, Taper bushing, ...)
- It is mounted with the help of a torque arm.
- Bodies are produced in spheroidal (GGG 40-50) and cast iron (GG 20-25) materials.
- Gears are manufactured from forged and carburized 21NiCrMo2 steel.
- High-quality bearings and sealing elements are utilized.
- Customer's specific requests can be accommodated.
