The suitable scope for the reducer is as follows:

The speed of the input shaft should not exceed 1500 rpm,
The peripheral speed of the reducer gear should not exceed 20m/s,
The temperature of the working environment should be between 40-45°C. If it is below 0°C, the oil to be used must be heated to 0°C before starting. This reducer can be operated clockwise and counterclockwise.

The gear is made of high strength low carbon alloy cementation steel. The hardness of tooth surface can reach HRC58-62 by heat treatment method. High precision and silence are achieved by applying tooth grinding processes to all gears.
It has a high power transfer rate. More than 96.5% in single stage; more than 93% at two levels; It has more than 90% efficiency in three stages.
