Parallel Shaft Mounted Reducers
PD/PM Series
Parallel shaft mounted PD / PM series reducers, produced with hollow shaft or shaft output, are widely preferred in conveyor and executive drive systems.
- They are helical gear reducers with parallel axes inlet and outlet.
- The body has a rigid structure.
- System strength calculations are made in accordance with ISO, DIN and NIEMANN standards.
- Different input options can be offered (Motor coupled, IEC, PAM, W, Servo motor coupled, ...).
- Different output options can be offered (shaft output, hollow shaft, conical clamping, ...).
- Different connection accessories can be offered (B5 flange, B14 flange, Rubber wedge, ...).
- Bodies can be produced as ductile iron (GGG 40-50) and cast iron (GG 20-25).
- Gears are manufactured from forged and 21NiCrMo2 case hardened steel.
- High quality bearings and sealing elements are used.
- Customer's special demands can be met.
